Where Image, Sound, and Story Collide
Where Image, Sound, and Story Collide
We are dedicated to telling good stories. From the first glimmer of an idea to the last cut of the finished project, Fenceline Films is invested in creating entertaining visual narratives.
Spent Casings is Fenceline Film's first short. Shot over the course of two days in Gypsum, CO, the film served as an exercise in working with natural light and minimal equipment. Spent Casings is the first short in a trilogy to be shot in 2015. The next two stories will expand upon the minimal aesthetic and narration found in this first short, relying less upon narration and dialog than upon the images, sound design, and music to create the narrative.
That’s what Fenceline Films strives for when producing its live music sessions and music videos. From a punk rock concert in a bar to a mellow acoustic session in the woods, we will find the perfect visual vibe for your music. Check out some of our past work!
Forrest Graves founded Fenceline Films in the Spring of 2015. Forrest graduated from the University of Wisconsin in December of 2012 with degrees in Psychology and Communication Arts. After a few years of exploration and adventure, he decided to finally make a push to follow his dream of becoming a filmmaker and start his own production company. Currently based in Eugene, Oregon, Fenceline Films specializes in short films, music sessions, and short commercial work, but will be expanding to larger (hopefully feature length) projects in the future.
